Mixology is a Concept Bar developed durind a workshop in collaboration with Mauro Porcini Chief Designer of Pepsico. The client was the W Hotels line and the new Pepsico cola drink Stubborn.
Mixology: is the science of creating drinks that are craftly designed in order to have a balance between taste, color and consumer experience.
Drinks are designed for the morning, the afternoon and the evening atmosphere. The core of our beverages are seasonal and local products. Around that we build a special menu for each time of the day. All of this is framed with a theatrical transforming environment.
